To date, as Miss Project, in line with the sensitivity of the information and services we provide, the data received from our customers or prospective customers has been kept confidential and not shared with third parties. The protection of personal data is the fundamental policy of our company. Even before any legal regulation, our company and its affiliates valued the confidentiality of personal data and adopted this as a working principle, and our employees also have working instructions in line with this principle. As Miss Project, we also undertake to comply with all the responsibilities introduced by the Law on the Protection of Personal Data. Miss Project's principles regarding the protection of personal data also cover our affiliates.

 

II. Scope and amendment of the policy on the protection and processing of personal data
This policy prepared by Miss Project has been prepared in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”). The data obtained from you with your consent or in accordance with the other lawful grounds set out in the Law will be used for the purpose of making the services we offer of higher quality and improving the services offered to you and our quality policy. Furthermore, some of the data we hold is de-identified and anonymized. This data is used for statistical purposes and is not subject to the Law or our Policy. The "Miss Project Policy on the Protection and Processing of Personal Data" aims to protect the automatically obtained data of our customers, prospective customers, employees, and the customers and employees of the companies that work with us in solution partnership, or other persons, and includes the provisions relating to them.
Miss Project has the right to amend our policy and our Regulation, provided that it complies with the Law and ensures better protection of personal data.

 

III. Basic rules regarding the processing of personal data
a) Compliance with the law and the rules of good faith: “Miss Project” questions the source of the data it collects or that comes to it from other companies and attaches importance to obtaining them lawfully and within the framework of the rules of good faith. In this framework, “Miss Project” makes the necessary warnings and notifications to third parties that sell the services it offers, for the purpose of protecting the data.
b) Being accurate and up to date when necessary: “Miss Project” attaches importance to ensuring that all the data it holds is accurate information, does not contain incorrect information, and finally, in the event of changes in personal data, to updating them when they are communicated to it.
c) Processing for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes: “Miss Project” only processes the data for which it has obtained the consent of individuals during the service it provides. It does not process, use, or allow the use of data for purposes other than business purposes.
d) Being relevant, limited and proportionate to the purposes for which they are processed: “Miss Project” only uses the data limited to the purposes for which they are processed and to the extent required by the service.
e) Being retained for the period stipulated in the relevant legislation or required for the purpose for which they are processed: “Miss Project” retains contract-related data for as long as required by the dispute periods of the Law and the requirements of commercial and tax law. On the other hand, when these purposes no longer exist, it deletes or anonymizes the data.

 

Principle of Maximum Economy / Principle of Frugality
According to this principle of ours, called the principle of maximum economy or the principle of frugality, the data that reaches “Miss Project” is processed into the system only to the extent necessary. For this reason, which data we will collect is determined according to the purpose. Unnecessary data is not collected. Other data transferred to Miss Project is likewise transferred to Miss Project's information systems.

 

Deletion of personal data
When the periods that are legally required to be retained expire, judicial processes are completed, or other requirements no longer exist, this data is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized by our company either automatically or upon the request of the relevant person.

The data held by “Miss Project” is, as a rule, processed in the manner declared by the relevant persons upon their declaration. “Miss Project” is not obliged to investigate the accuracy of the data declared by customers or persons who contact “Miss Project”, nor is this done due to legal reasons and our working principles. The declared data is accepted as accurate. The principle of accuracy and currency of personal data has also been adopted by “Miss Project”. Our company updates the personal data it has processed from official documents reaching it or upon the request of the relevant person. It takes the necessary measures for this.

The categories and descriptions of personal data to be processed in this scope are as follows: Name and Surname, Address, Telephone Number, E-Mail Address.
- Customer comment, feedback and complaint data: Comments, opinions and complaints.
- Other: Participation in competitions, raffles or marketing programs, website membership information.

 

Collection and processing of data for the contractual relationship
If a contractual relationship has been established with our customers and prospective customers, the personal data that has been collected may be used without obtaining the customer's consent. However, this use takes place in line with the purpose of the contract. The data is used to the extent of the better performance of the contract and the requirements of the service, and is updated when necessary by contacting the customers. On the other hand, the data left to us by our prospective customers (potential customers) themselves is processed in order to provide them with easier and higher-quality service afterwards. This data is deleted, upon their request, if it has not turned into a contractual relationship.

 

Data of Business and Solution Partners
“Miss Project” makes it a principle to act lawfully when sharing data with both business and solution partners. With business and solution partners, data is shared with a commitment of data confidentiality and only to the extent required by the service, and these parties are obliged to take the necessary measures to ensure data security.

 

Data processing for advertising purposes
In accordance with the Law on the Regulation of E-Commerce and the Regulation on Commercial Communication and Commercial Electronic Messages, electronic messages for advertising purposes may be sent only to persons whose prior consent has been obtained. The explicit existence of the consent of the person to whom the advertisement will be sent is mandatory. “Miss Project” also complies with the details of the “consent” determined in accordance with the same legislation. The consent to be obtained must cover all commercial electronic messages sent to the electronic communication addresses of recipients in order to promote and market your company's goods and services, to promote your business, or to increase its recognition with content such as celebrations and well-wishes. This consent may be obtained in writing in a physical environment or by any electronic communication tool. What matters is the existence of the recipient's positive declaration of intent that they accept commercial electronic messages being sent, along with their name and surname and electronic communication address.

 

Data processing carried out due to the legal obligation of the company or its explicit stipulation in the law: Personal data may be processed without obtaining separate consent for the purpose of explicitly stating the processing in the relevant legislation or fulfilling a legal obligation determined by legislation. The type and scope of data processing must be necessary for the legally permitted data processing activity and must comply with the relevant legal provisions.

 

The company's data processing
Personal data may be processed by “Miss Project” in line with the information / service it offers and its legitimate purposes. However, the data may in no way be used for unlawful services.

 

Processing of special categories of data
According to the Law, persons' data regarding race, ethnic origin, political opinion, philosophical belief, religion, sect or other beliefs, appearance and attire, membership of associations, foundations or trade unions, health, sexual life, criminal conviction and security measures, as well as biometric and genetic data, are special categories of personal data. “Miss Project” also takes the adequate measures determined by the Board in the processing of special categories of personal data.
“Miss Project” may, in order to provide better services, process special categories of data with the consent of individuals only for the purpose for which they were collected.

 

Data processed by automated systems
Regarding data processed through automated systems, “Miss Project” acts in accordance with the Law. Without the explicit consent of individuals, the information obtained from this data cannot be used against the individual. However, “Miss Project” may make decisions regarding the persons with whom it will transact by using the data in its own system.

In the event that personal data is collected, processed and used on “Miss Project”'s websites and other systems or applications, the relevant persons are informed by a privacy notice and, if necessary, about cookies. VIII. Rights of the relevant person
“Miss Project” accepts that, within the scope of the Law, the relevant person has the right to give their consent before the data is processed, and after the data is processed, has the right to determine the fate of their data.

 

By applying to our representative announced on our website by “Miss Project”, you have the right, regarding personal data, to;
a) Learn whether your personal data is being processed,
b) Request information about it if your personal data has been processed,
c) Learn the purpose of processing the personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
ç) Know the third parties to whom the personal data is transferred within the country or abroad,
d) Request the correction of the personal data in the event that they have been processed incompletely or incorrectly,
e) Request the deletion or destruction of the personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7,
f) Request that the operations carried out pursuant to subparagraphs (d) and (e) be notified to the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,
g) Object to the emergence of a result against the person himself/herself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
ğ) Request the compensation of the damage in the event that the person suffers damage due to the unlawful processing of the personal data.
On the other hand, persons do not have any right regarding the anonymized data within the Company. “Miss Project” may share personal data with the relevant institutions and organizations for the purpose of exercising the legal powers of a judicial duty or a state authority, in accordance with the business and contractual relationship.

 

Personal data owners may submit their requests regarding the rights mentioned above by completing in full the contact form available at the official internet address of Miss Project and signing it with a wet signature, and sending it to the contact address specified below by registered return mail with copies of their identity documents (only a copy of the front side for the identity card). Your applications will be answered as soon as possible according to the content of your application, or at the latest within 30 days of reaching our company. You must make your applications by registered return mail. In addition, only the part of your applications related to you will be answered, and an application made about your spouse, relative or friend will not be accepted. “Miss Project” may request additional relevant information and documents from applicants.

It minimizes the damage of the relevant person and compensates for the damage. When personal data is seized by unauthorized persons from outside, it immediately reports the situation to the Personal Data Protection Board.

Regarding requests made pursuant to the Law on the Protection of Personal Data
As also announced on the Privacy and KVKK pages, all applications, possible complaints, will be processed if they are sent together with a copy of the identity document by registered return mail to the address provided on the contact page.
Rights regarding personal data may only be exercised concerning data belonging to the persons themselves. Possible complaints and requests regarding the data of persons other than the person whose identity copy is attached will not be taken into account. Forms to which an identity copy is not attached will not be taken into account. We bring to your attention that even when data deletion requests are fulfilled, we are obliged to share the data with official authorities if so requested by official authorities.

 

Changes That May Be Made to the Personal Data Protection and Privacy Policy:
“Miss Project” reserves the right to make changes to the statements herein. In the event that a significant change is made to the statement, a link providing access to the current statement is added to the homepage of the website. Guests who register for any of our products or services may be informed about this matter through the communication channel they provided to the facilities.
